Q: What brands of paint do you use?

A: We only use paints form Cloverdale and Benjamin Moore. Both of these companies provide a complete line of high quality products that will suit any budget and meet any project requirement.

Q: Where do I find the colour chips for Cloverdale and Benjamin Moore?

A: You can find the full line of colour chips for both companies in the paint department of Home Hardware in Whitehorse located at 2281 Second Ave.

Q: Can I pick a paint colour from a different paint company?

A: Yes! We can match any paint colour you can find but chances are Cloverdale or Benjamin Moore has the colour you want as they both offer over 3500 paint colours to choose from.

Q: Does the customer buy the paint or do you?

A: All of Urban Paintings estimates include all paints materials and labour unless stated otherwise... so Urban Painting will provide the paint. You just choose the colours.

Q: Is it cheaper if I buy the paint?

A: No. Urban Painting has a lot of buying power which means we have the best pricing on paint, much cheaper than what the average consumer can purchase it for. These prices are all part of our bidding system which will be clearly laid out in your estimate.

Q: Can I help you paint my house for a break on the price?

A: No! Urban Painting employs a team of experienced professionals, we have a well planned system to tackle any painting project weather it be interior or exterior. We are more efficient and able to produce higher quality results working this way which in turn benefits the customer. 

Q: Are you covered by WCB?

A: YES!

Q: Do you have business insurance?

A: YES! $2,000,000.00 liability.

Q: When do you paint Exteriors?

A: We Paint exteriors May to September depending on weather. Due to our short exterior painting season and unpredictable Yukon weather all exterior work is on a first come first serve basis. Your job could be started at any point between May and September. In the event that your job can not be started (or finished) this season you will be notified of your place on the job list and given priority for next season.
